Designed for a large family, this residence diverges from our common line of work – there are no large, open rooms that serve various functionalities, but every functionality has a very specific defined location and structure. This division solved the tile roofs that are enforced in Ra’anana, as every room has a different height, and the roofs cover each other from view. The building is surrounded by 20cm thick walls, that are exploited for storage purposes.
