A cedar lane, a bamboo grove, paddy fields, and Japanese gardens. A thousand shades of green.
I always believed that in a surprising manner, human involvement with nature makes it prettier. In Toscana, the vineyards and sunflower fields look better than the natural groves, the lavender in Province is breathtaking, and I love overlooking at farmers’ fields from an airplane when flying along the coastline in the United States.
The Japanese landscape is beautiful, though the precise gardens are even more exciting.
