Named after the late Shneour Cheshin, the project was designed to facilitate the running and cycling activities of the NGO ‘Etgarim’. With a focus on openness, functionality, and comfort, the structure is divided into three free-standing buildings around an external area used for gatherings, lectures and sporting activities. The buildings contain a multipurpose hall (youth club/classroom/lecture hall), a cafeteria, a bicycle storage unit, changing rooms, and an office. Additionally there is a memorial pond, which serves as a meeting spot for passersby.
